Friends of Mornington Railway Reserve Working Bees

Friends of Mornington Railway Reserve have fired their working bees back up.  The short term focus is on removing Watsonia (see pictures below) and so far they have dug out over 3000 of them from the reserve in the 500m section north of Bungower Road. What a great effort!  “Makes a huge difference” stated Group Coordinator Charlie Clark.

Working bees are scheduled every Monday between 10am-12pm, meeting at the Bungower Rd Railway Crossing.  For further info please visit Friends of Mornington Railway Reserve Facebook Group.
