News from Latest Working Bee at Pine Reserve – August 18, 2023
Today we really did achieve a lot in very trying weather conditions with some of our team planting more plants down the pine Ave end, some weeded and secured the stakes and watered ( although we had rain the ground was still very dry ) and some pruned on the eastern side of the park in preparation for a delivery of tan bark and new plantings for next b.
We will be following up on the frog pond with Hannah and we have asked Aimee to source more big logs as smaller ones keep walking away !
Our vision for the park is on track so we all have to be very happy with our work so far .
Our next b will be on the 15/8/23 .
