A community webinar:   Nature of Change in Port Phillip Bay,  6 – 7 pm, October 11

Come travel back in time with us next Wednesday evening for the first of two Nature of Change webinars!

Together we’ll explore the area’s geological history with renowned coastal geomorphologist Professor David Kennedy, while palaeontologist and science communicator Ben Francischelli will introduce us to the megafauna that once roamed Port Phillip Bay.

Come along to hear David bring together the latest research to understand how our coast will respond to the pressures of population growth and climate change.

Stay as Ben discusses some of the most unbelievable-looking animals that have ever existed, from giant short-faced kangaroos to the bolt-cutter-like jaws of the largest marsupial carnivore that ever lived!
